For you to get your Microsoft Certificate at the end of your training you need to take and pass 5 core exams but two rather than one elective exam.
Through getting the right kind of Microsoft Certificate training one is well on the road to actually being able to get the better paid jobs in what has become an extremely competitive industry. Having such certificates is unlikely to hinder your IT career ambitions at all.
